This class mixes high-energy step aerobics with upbeat music for a fun, full-body workout. Crush simple combos, boost cardio, and tone up鈥攏o choreography experience needed.

A high-energy step aerobics class using adjustable steps and upbeat music to build endurance, strength, and coordination. All levels welcome. Each class is capped off with a stretch and mobility cool-down.

Tai Chi

Low-impact class focuses on balance, flexibility, & mindfulness through slow, controlled motions & deep breathing. Tai Chi promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.  

Weights and Stability

his class offers standing usage of weights, stability ball work, and floor-based core exercises; a challenge to all who wish to increase strength and mobility! Class is located in the Rocksteady Boxing room, near the locker rooms and elevator.
