What do you enjoy most about your role?

Dr. Keefer: I enjoy mentoring students and learning from each other along the way. I am enthusiastic about my field, and I enjoy sharing that excitement with students.

What advice would you give to a student in their first semester of an online program?

Dr. Keefer: Do not hesitate to ask the instructor questions if you need clarification. If you are unsure about a task, it is likely other students in the course are as well. Instructors are humans, and we make mistakes all the time. If you don't tell us, we can't fix it!

What is your favorite restaurant & thing to do in Lafayette?

Dr. Keefer: I literally can't even pick my favorite restaurant. There are too many good ones! I also enjoy attending Festival International de Louisiane.
